SpinTechnology, publisher of Scrapi, values the protection of your personal data and processes it in accordance with Swiss law (revFADP).

Data collected

• Account data: e-mail, and if provided, first name, last name, company.
• Your alerts (activities, cantons, keywords) and the matches detected.
• Minimal technical data necessary for operation (session cookie).

Purposes

• Provide the monitoring service and send you your alerts.
• Manage your account and access security.
• Improve the service.

Processors

To operate, Scrapi uses service providers:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Supabase — database.
• Resend — sending alert e-mails.
• Anthropic — AI analysis of register entries.

Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. It is deleted when the account is closed, subject to legal retention obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data. You can also delete your alerts or your account directly in the application.

Cookies

Scrapi uses a session cookie strictly necessary for login (secure, not accessible to JavaScript). The site may also use audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics) to improve the service.
