These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Scrapi service, published by SpinTechnology. By creating an account, you accept them.
1. Purpose of the service
Scrapi is a monitoring service that watches new entries in the Swiss commercial register (SOGC) and notifies you, based on the alerts you define, of companies matching your target.
2. Account
Creating an account requires a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account.
3. Pricing
Scrapi offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Team). Current prices are shown on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions have no commitment and can be cancelled at any time.
4. Data sources and accuracy
The data comes from the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce. Match filtering relies in part on artificial-intelligence analysis: despite all care taken, Scrapi does not guarantee completeness or the total absence of error or omission. Information is provided for guidance and must be verified before any business decision.
5. Proper use
You undertake to use the service in compliance with the law, in particular regarding commercial prospecting and data protection, and not to attempt to disrupt its operation.
6. Liability
SpinTechnology cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the service. The service is provided “as is”.
7. Termination
You can delete your alerts or your account at any time. SpinTechnology may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts at SpinTechnology's registered office, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction.
